8th Grade: What needs to be considered when making healthy food choices? You completed a task identifying high quality food choices, and provided tips/suggestions for making healthy food choices.

We focused on what we hear versus what is accurate and valid. 6th Grade: Today we reviewed MyPlate guidelines. We watched a Nutrition BrainPop and completed the quiz. 7th Grade: Today we discussed perception vs reality. You completed an introduction to tobacco activity that will help me create learning stations.
8th Grade: Benefits/freedoms created by choosing to be drug free. 6th Grade: Introduced the six main nutrients.
